Add-On
Our Add-On (Ytomp3 Converter) will add an additional icon to your browser toolbar. You will be able to start a YouTube conversion with just a single click. To install the Add-On choose your browser and click on the Install button below. You will be redirected to the Add-On Page.
Once the installation is finished just visit a YouTube video URL (youtube.com/watch?v=videoId or youtube.com/shorts/videoId) and click on the icon. A small menu will open and will show you the „Convert to MP3”, „Convert to MP4” and „Visit Website” buttons. Once you choose the format you will be redirected to our website ytomp3.tools and the conversion will start automatically. After the conversion is finished you will be able to download the converted YouTube video by clicking the „Download” button.
If you like to make the Add-on icon permanently visible in your browser toolbar you will need to do the following steps.
Firefox
Click the "Add to Firefox" button to install the extension ytomp3. Firefox will ask you to confirm the installation. Click "Add" to confirm. The extension will download and install automatically.
Opera
Click the „square icon” at the right top corner. Click the „pin icon” right next to the extension YouTube Converter.
